Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions: “Bank” refers to Textile Co Operative Bank Ltd. ,”Account” shall mean the Bank account maintained by the customer with the Bank for which the Mobile Banking Service is being offered.”Mobile Banking Service” means all the services offered by the Bank to the customer on phone and / or any electronic gadgets owned by the account holder/customer. “Registered Mobile Number” shall mean the number registered/provided by the customer in writing, for the purpose of availing the Facility.
2. Eligibility: IMPS facility will be offered to resident individuals and sole proprietary concerns. The facility is not available for minor accounts.
3. Joint Accounts: In case of Joint Accounts, the Mobile Banking service will be offered to any one of the account holder of a joint account and the other joint account holder(s) shall expressly agree and give his/her consent on the application form. By signing the application form, it is presumed to have consented, agreed and accepted the terms & conditions of Mobile Banking service.
4. To access the Mobile Banking Service, the customer is required to submit the application form to their respective home branch and on acceptance by the Bank, the customer needs to download the application on their mobile phone provided such mobile phone is compatible with the application.
5. Transactions initiated through Mobile Banking application are instantaneous and are irreversible. Bank shall not entertain any request for revocation of transaction or stop payment request for transactions initiated through Mobile Banking application.
6. Customer shall be responsible for safe custody of User ID, MPIN and security of the Mobile Banking application to avoid unauthorized usage and in case of loss or theft of Mobile Phones, customer should immediately inform the Bank to disable the Mobile Banking facility.
7. Customers are advised not to create simple MPIN like 1234,1111 or 2222 etc. which can be easily guessed/tried by a third person.
8. Transaction request of the account holder will be processed solely based on the information provided by the account holder i.e. mobile number, MMID of 15 digit account number and IFSC code. The account holder will be solely responsible for wrong credit due to wrong information provided by the account holder.
9. The Bank shall not be responsible for non-execution or delay in execution of account holders request for transaction caused due to system or network error or any reason beyond the control of the Bank.
10. Customers shall abide by the limits imposed by the Bank on minimum and maximum transactions and amount permitted through Mobile Banking. Bank also reserves the right to change the minimum and maximum number transactions and amount at any time.
11. The Bank reserves the right to charge the customer a fee for the use of Mobile Banking services and also change the fee structure at its discretion.
12. Customers shall not use Mobile Banking channel for transfer of funds for illegal activities.
13. The Bank reserves the right to add, amend, revise, change or cancel any of these terms and conditions and also reserves the right to modify any features of the product or services offered by the Bank without any prior notice.
14. It is the responsibility of the customer/account holder to inform the Bank, about any changes in the mode of operation and also any change in the operation which will otherwise make the Mobile Banking service ineligible to the particular customer/account holder.
